Subject	What do i need to run 12 flat in the qtr??

Message	I have a 91 twin turbo automatic, with intake, exhaust, gutted cats and pre-cats. What should i do to get to 12 flat and what maintenence measures should i take to make sure it can handle this. It has 93000 miles on the original motor and turbos. Any help would be appreciated. Thomas
